Brunette Ambition

Brunette Ambition By Lea Michele
Published By: Harmony Books
Genre: Biography/Memoir
# Of Pages: 208
Source: Received for honest review

Synopsis:
The star of the hit show Glee shares her experiences and insider tips on beauty, fashion, inner strength, and more in an illustrated book that’s part memoir, part how-to, and part style guide.
Reaction Upon Finishing It:
LEA MICHELE CAN I BE YOUR BEST FRIEND?!?! Lea Michele seemed so nice and real when it came to the book, unlike other celebrity biographies, where you KNOW it's all lies.

Thoughts:
Very handy chapters. Each chapter had a "spotlight" section where she summarized that chapter, which is very handy for book reports. My favorite chapter is The Biz, that's where Lea literally tells us EVERY job she has done, and what she had learned doing it. Something I found pretty annoying and funny is how she wouldn't say anything about Glee and I mean NOTHING! Okay she would once in a while slightly talk about Glee, and then she would say,"More about Glee later!" I would get so frustrated and yell at the book,'' TELL ME ABOUT GLEE!!! TELL MEEEEEE!!!!'' Until finally the last chapter was 100% Glee.

My Rating:

Rereadability:
This being a bit of a "coffee table" book, I might peruse it a bit in the future. Mostly for the nice tips.

Final Thought:

happy glee lea michele applause clapping
